Vertex means the highest point, the top or apex. Vertex CPA P.C. was formed with the goal of assisting our clients to get to the top and keep them there. Many accountants meet with their clients once per year to run through their financials and prepare their tax returns. At Vertex it is our aim to be in contact with you throughout the year so we can have a meaningful impact on your business or personal finances. Our belief is that our clients desire our advice and expertise, sitting down and discussing their financials rather than just sending them a report every month. Vertex also has familial importance to our owner and founder. This name was used by our owner’s grandfather Gunnar Peterson in a mold making business for manufacturers. Gunnar ran this small business in Farmingdale New York to support his family and dedicated himself to precision and integrity. We look to keep his legacy going by priding ourselves in the same.
