Ed was a HUGE help. I was selling a townhouse in Bay Shore NY while living in FT Lauderdale Fla. Due to health constraints I was unable get there so I relied on Ed for EVERYTHING. He sent pictures, videos, recommended a fantastic contractor and meet people at the townhouse as needed. He was in constant contact and always available. Would highly recommend Ed!!!!
