Customer Service Associates are responsible for being the first point of contact for the company via phone and email for clients, sales and our coordinators. Associates work closely with the household department team to ensure the office runs smoothly.

We require someone who is a team player, highly organized with strong multi -tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a high paced atmosphere. You will be a liaison between the office staff and clients, it is imperative that we establish a positive first impression with potential clients.

Job Description:

• Answer main telephone lines and serve as the main point of contact for potential and current clients
• Act as a Liaison between office and sales team and office staff
• Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Set sales appointments for in home estimates and maintaining the schedule
• Process incoming and outgoing mail

Essential Qualifications:

• Administrative and customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Experience handling office computer equipment and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, while also collaborating in a team setting
