Help Wanted!!!

Seeking a Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Producer in NY, NJ, PA or CT who has a book of business or a, highly motivated self-starter to help lead the growth of the agency. The position’s primary duty is the independent work of selling property & casualty insurance soliciting via telephone, referrals, networking and other resources.
 
Requirements:
 
P & C Licensed in either NY, NJ, CT, or PA
 
A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in retail selling for a brokerage
 
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
 
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
 
Excellent written communication, verbal and presentation skills
 
Ability to strategize and collaborate to retain clients
 
High level of professionalism in dealing with clients and co-workers
 
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
 
Commission: Better than average for first two years
