FULL TIME 30-35 HOURS PER WEEK
LOCATION: EAST NORTHPORT OR LOCUST VALLEY
PAY SCALE: $12-15 PER HOUR PLUS COMMISSION AFTER LICENSING

Responsible for servicing and cross selling Auto, Home and Business policies and promoting other agency products & services, including life insurance, to contribute to overall growth of the agency. Primary responsibilities include... • Service our existing client base to a high target retention rate. • Help individuals, businesses, and families select the most appropriate coverage's for their insurance needs through our Farmers Friendly Review process. • Advise clients on how to minimize risk and how to remove gaps in their overall insurance programs. • Match insurance policies for clients with the companies that offer the best rates and coverage. • Obtain price quotes from appropriate carriers. • Process applications in compliance with company and state insurance department and DMV standards.• Utilize the Web to respond to quotes for insurance policies. • Answer coverage and policy questions and make changes to existing policies.• Pro-Actively manage our customer contact program. • Support the sales team in achieving agency sales objectives. Income Package includes Base Salary commensurate with experience plus Commission and performance bonuses. Outstanding communication and strong technology skills required. Sales & Service experience and a successful track record an absolute must.

Sales experience and a successful track record an absolute must.
Entry level, Part Time Position (15-20 Hours Weekly). Growth position - will consider sponsoring the right candidate for NY State pre-licensing course and NY State licensing, to become a full time licensed agent.
Responsible for marketing Auto, Home and Business policies and promoting other agency products & services, including life insurance, to contribute to overall growth of the agency.
Primary duties include Tele-Marketing calls, and Management of Direct Marketing Campaigns through our CRM system.
Income Package includes Base Salary commensurate with experience, plus Performance Bonuses.
