Bookkeeper/ Human Resource

Knockout Pest Control is seeking an experienced full-time Bookkeeper/Human Resource professional to join our Team. We are seeking a reliable, practical and detail oriented individual who is highly accurate, very organized and has the drive for taking right action to keep things moving in the right direction.

The ideal candidate will be a committed and dedicated team player with a positive attitude, good problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain good customer, vendor and employee relations.

Must be proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office (Word and Excel have ability to work with little supervision under strict deadlines.

Ability to multi-task on a variety of duties at any given time.

Responsibilities

• Sales tax returns
• Payroll; Gather and review payroll hours and expedite to payroll company
• A/R collection work
• Manage all employment records and maintain all employee documentation to date
• Manage employee 401k and pension plan.
• Provide company accountant with accurate financial data.
• Generate and review reports in collaboration with accountant and CEO
• Preparing bank deposits and going to bank as necessary
• Credit card & bank statement reconciliations
• Incoming & outgoing phone calls
• Accounts payables using QuickBooks
• Health insurance Administration
• Miscellaneous Human Resources Administration
• Franchise work
• Inventory
• Analytic work as assigned
