Account Manager/Client Service Rep

 Locally owned and operated 101 Mobility Long Island, (the nation's largest and first full scale franchisor of Mobility and Accessibility equipment), is seeking a Full Time Account Manager at their Location in Farmingdale, NY The salary for the position is $40,000 range.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing phones and taking customer calls – job is heavily focused on phone and customer service skills.
• Scheduling in home evaluations and managing installer/field appointments
• Working with vendors and manufactures
• Completing, tracking, and submitting purchase orders & client invoices
• Handling, shipping and receiving
• High level and understanding of customer service and ability to meet customer needs

• Experience working in QuickBooks a plus
• Experience working with the VA or FSS Contract Suppliers a plus

Candidates must indicate extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, internet skills, ability to learn and operate internal cloud based operating software, and email. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Candidates for this job must exemplify patience, a strong work ethic, a positive phone and personal disposition, , ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
