Must have 4-5 years of direct payroll experience, a 4 year degree (preferrably in Accounting), experience with ADP Workforce Now (version 11 or later), strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). PERFECT for a 2016 or 2017 graduate. This position is with an innovative technology company and will be based out of Bohemia with 40-50% travel. Will handle both internal and external sales and marketing related activities including account management, attendance at trade shows, marketing support, etc. Basically, you have to be willing to support sales and marketing intiatives in any way called upon. Seeking a talented Proposal Writer with 5+ years of experience drafting proposals in the non-profit space with specific experience targeting government contract opportunities. The ideal candidate is a superb project manager of the RFP process who can reverse engineer an opportunity and truly understand what the funder is looking for. In this role, you will manage 1 other RFP Writer. Must have excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of the RFP process.
