Hosted by: Butterfly Energy Consultants ...Kicking off the holiday season, we are coming together for a fundraiser to support two of our Long Island colleagues and friends who are in wheelchairs and are in need of Service Dogs. We are looking for corporate sponsors and event benefactors to help us with our fundraising efforts.

Supporter $ 100 Listed as a supporter on all printed materials
Sponsors $ 250 Listed and featuring your logo* on all printed materials
Benefactors $ 250+ Listed and your logo prominently featured on all
printed materials
