1) Lead Proposal Writer / NYC / $70-75K + bonus.

Seeking a talented Proposal Writer with 5+ years of experience drafting proposals in the non-profit space. The ideal candidate is a superb project manager of the RFP process who can reverse engineer an opportunity and truly understand what the funder is looking for. In this role, you will manage 1 other RFP Writer. Must have excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of the RFP process. 2) Inside Sales Representative / Brentwood, LI / $45-50K

Opportunity available with a very established and growing industry leader that distributes hardware supplies to contractors. This position is ideal for a 2012-2017 college graduate who was also a college athlete and lives in Nassau County or western Suffolk. This is a great blue collar-white collar hybrid job. Must have great customer service and relationship-building skills while also having a "roll up the sleeves" attitude. Need someone who is polished enough to service clients and grow accounts but can also pick product and pack up a truck if needed. Must be a quick thinker who can see the bigger picture. Need someone who is unafraid to jump into a new environment and has the confidence and patience to take on extensive training and a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working with building supplies that is a + but definitely not required.

Position is based in Brentwood/Deer Park with 4-6 weeks of training in Long Island City Queens, Manhattan, and Brentwood. This is a high visibility role and you will be working very closely with company leadership. Will identify, prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals. Must have a proven track record in grant writing and program development.
