Help Us Keep Hunger Away in Our Community

In 2009, BNB created the Apple Program. Each branch sells paper apples to raise money for local food pantries. In addition, the Bank contributes money in lieu of giving employee holiday gifts and encourages all employees to contribute. Since 2009, BNB has donated over $130,000 to local food pantries.
You can stop by any BNB branch from November 1st through January 31st and purchase an apple for $2, or donate $5 and receive a BNB lunch bag, while supplies last. In addition, all branches are collecting non perishable food items, which are also distributed to the local pantries. With our expanded branch network we can now make a difference in many more communities across Long Island. Whether you give cash or a can of soup, you can make a difference in the lives of your neighbors. Help us keep hunger away this holiday season.
