As much as I enjoy the socializing (which I do very much), like everyone else I'm building my business. I have a Tax Client who formed a SIngle Person Sub Chapter S Corporation. Payroll needs to be run at least annually, and it must be commesurate for the level of business one does. I am confident that Laurie Cerda can help. Operations experience is an absolute must. 

This probably solves a problem for me. 

I add value to clients in three ways. First, I mitigate taxes. My Clients pay what's required - and not a penny more.

Secondly, I save them time. I'm the Administrator running the bookkeeping, payroll, and tax planning. We handle it remotely, meeting only when is necessary. That enables businesses to focus on what it is that they do best.
