Retiring? Stay Active! Take a Walk.
This past Thursday, in the early afternoon, I had just left an appointment on 89th street, and the weather was beautiful. I couldn't resist walking down to 72nd and Bway to catch the #2 back to Penn Station. I hadn't been to the City in a while, and I really felt invigorated after this walk. One thing that is in our health and wellness control is exercise. As one of the 'baby boomers,' I absolutely endorse regular physical activity to keep you healthy.
