CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary:

We are looking to add energized new professionals to our team to help take our company to the next level. A minimum of 2 years sales experience, 4 years customer service, and accounts receivable experience is a plus. In this position, you will sell company services and or products, resolve customer service issues/questions in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention. Additionally, you will spend most of your day scheduling service calls, reviewing and optimizing routes and dispatching work to technicians. We seek self-motivated professionals who have a strong desire to learn and grow and a willingness to perform all aspects of our office duties. Must be a team player; punctual, articulate, dependable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, motivated and organized. Strong computer skills required.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sell Services/products and Schedule service calls
  • Provide timely answer/solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Communicate with technicians in field
  • Communicate with other departments/staff members to maintain route efficiency and a high level of customer service
  • Dispatch work to technicians in field
  • Maintain customer database
  • Assist in calling customers to confirm scheduled service
  • Responsible for customer retention
  • Review and optimize routes
  • Update schedules
  • maintain up-to-date billing system
  • generate and send out invoices/ statement
  • follow up on, collect and allocate payments
  • carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • perform account reconciliations
  • monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
  • investigate and resolve customer queries
  • communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personal

Benefits

Our compensation package is extremely competitive (401k, full health, life, dental, vacation, personal and sick days). Schedule : Monday- Friday 8-5 & 9-6 . Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
