Can Your Business Run Without You?

You could probably step away from your business for a few days if you wanted to especially if you had some time to prepare for it. But what would happen if it wasn't planned? Serious injury, disability, even death, could strike tomorrow. What would happen then? What would happen to your family and employees? Would your business continue to grow or stagnate and die? Have you made a plan and tested it?

If you wanted to retire, and most people eventually do, could you actually transfer it to someone else. If it depends on your presence, you really couldn't, could you?
