Even when there is no dispute among family members, there can still be major problems if you don't have your Advanced Directives in place. Because Nancy Cruzan did not have a Living Will, (not a financial will), and was not able to speak for herself, the hospitals default measure is all of the life sustaining measures possible. This was a heart wrenching battle that took four years resolve as Nancy lie in a vegetative state. Don't think End of Life decisions will all work out OK, the only effective means to avoid these are to have Advanced Directives complete. A simple process, I can help.
