The requirements are a bit strict; not trying to scare anyone but rather, trying to save everyone headaches! :)

This is a full time temporary position slated to run through August, possibly September. Could possibly turn into a part time job after the busy season ends. Schedule is M-F, 9-5 and you MUST be available to work half-day or every other Saturdays if needed (seriously, there will be Saturday work so I need someone who can commit to that). I also need someone who can completely commit to this schedule for the duration of the assignment. If there is a possibility that you will have to call out and miss work frequently, this is not the right position for you.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of office assistant experience including scheduling clients, telephone coverage, customer service, etc. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. This position is with a fast paced, family business during their busy season. Must have amazing customer service skills, thick skin, the ability to multitask, be organized, and must be flexible to wear whatever hat is needed. 2) Showroom/Warehouse Representative: Fantastic job opening in Brentwood/Deer Park, LI for someone who has kitchen/bath/cabinet/woodworking/laminate experience. Experience at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. would even be great. Must have amazing customer service skills and the ability to quickly learn product catalog. Great opportunity to work in a corporate showroom/warehouse environment with an industry leader!

The Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Exhibiting expert product knowledge and helping customers (general contractors, tradesmen) to identify product
Pulling stock and packaging it or setting up shipments from the warehouse
Hopping on a forklift and pulling product from the warehouse
Delivering memorable customer experiences and developing long lasting relationships with customers
